Dismantle engine, hand cleaning, acid bath & bead blast parts
Deck and machine block for Sleeves & Fire rings
Stud torque plate bore & hone block
Cyl head-check guides,machine seats, face valves, vacuum test, set valve heights,set tappets (ohc), wash & final assembly
Machine exhaust guides for clearance if applicable

Surface machine cyl head, check valve to piston clearance, assemble valvetronic assembly
Balance engine components, Check main brg, con rod brg oil clearances, check
piston protrusion, gap rings, service oil pump, final clean, assemble to long

Pressure test long motor and pack for final delivery

Includes 1x session of Remote Dyno Tuning

Note that this service requires you to send us your complete core (factory engine) in good working order.

Block must have no:

• • Holes or cracks in casting
  • Holes or crack in covers
  • Bore damage that cannot be honed out
  • Thrust surface damage
  • Journal surfaces damage
  • Bolt hole damage that can’t be repaired

Heads must have no:

    • Holes or crack in covers
    • Thrust surface damage
    • Journal surfaces damage
    • Bolt hole damage that can’t be repaired

Additional repair charges could apply for damaged items that are not normally changed during an overhaul and cannot be repaired or serviced
